Thanks in advance for your help!! I am using Sametime 7.5.1 and I can save emoticons to my palette. Had a coworker that had their laptop rebuilt and they lost all their emoticons. Being the nice person I am I went to export my palette for them to import. I get this message:

"unable to export palette"

Doesn't tell me how to fix the issue. I have tried exporting to different directories and I still get the same error.

Is there another way to give them my emoticons (besides inserting them 1 by 1 in a chat session) or get the export to work?
